Terms and conditions to be followed by the devotees for room booking


1.You should report to Room Booking Office on the Booked date with your online. Printed receipt and with id Proof used during the room booking

2.Check in Time Evening 3 P.M on the booked date and the Check out time Next day Evening 3 P.M. Extra Time will not be permitted.

3.You are allowed to stay in the room only after verification of your original ID proof.


4.If Temple finds any malpractice in online Booking then temple has the rights to cancel the booked rooms without any prior intimation.

5.Mass booking is not allowed (Note : Same person using different id proof's,same person using same id proof and same family members using different id proof's are not allowed.If temple finds then temple has the rights to cancel rooms booked by you without any prior intimation)

6.For each booking minimum of three(3) persons and maximum four(4) persons are allowed to stay in the Room. In that minimum 2 persons need to show your original ID proof. Extra persons are not allowed to stay in the room.An Advance of Rs.750 is to be paid.

7.Cancellation process will not be done.Amount will not be refunded as per Temple policy.

8.If the amount is debited from your account, if you didnt get any acknowledgement or if get any Failure message,  please register your complaint in the portal (complaint link) within 240 minutes (4 hrs) of transaction date and time.

9.If you are trying simultaneously, minimum 2 minutes time interval required to avoid contra.

10.Once the amount is debited from your account, devotees are requested to wait until the acknowledgement is generated either Success or Failure.

11.Room No is Subject to Change.Kindly follow the temple rules and regulations.
 
12.Pilgrim can book minimum 3 days in advance or maximum 30 days in advance.

14.There is no option for applying chargeback
